Before the course

A. Creative Work:

I designed this logo for an exhibition design. The theme of this exhibition design is about the meaning of life. I used the element of fan because it means the good wishes for life in traditional oriental culture. (The fan often contain poetry, calligraphy and drawing.)

I love this logo not only because it corresponds the meaning of the object but also has the combination between the pattern and character ('扇'='fan'), traditional and contemporary.

B. A great architecture: Milwaukee Art Museum

This is one of the most beautiful architectures I have seen. It has a unique style and it is very attractive to me. I'm very interested in its structure and the brigde connected between the museum and open spaces.

C. An original photograph

This photograph was taken in Prague, Czech Republic when I was travelling in Europe. A 'wing' cloud appeared in the top of the castle. In that moment, the view is fascinating.
